Services Description

Gemphere enables founders to create startup profiles, connect with investors, and manage their visibility. Investors can discover and engage with promising startups. The platform operates solely as a facilitator and does not participate in or guarantee any outcomes.

Users may invite other verified founders or investors through a referral process, helping maintain the quality and trust within the network.

Gemphere is not responsible for the actions of users or for any misuse of information shared on the platform. All connections and communications occur at your own discretion and risk.

User-Generated Content

We do not claim ownership of your content. However, by using the platform, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, or share non-confidential, non-proprietary content for purposes such as promotion, outreach, or improving our services. We respect intellectual property rights and expect all users to do the same.

Founders may choose to upload sensitive or confidential materials (e.g., fundraising details or company information). While we maintain a trusted, verified user base, content shared on the platform is visible to all verified members. You upload and share such content at your own discretion. We recommend not posting highly sensitive or proprietary information unless you are comfortable sharing it within this trusted environment.

If you become aware of misuse, please contact support@gemphere.com. Misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.

Third-Party Conduct Disclaimer

While Gemphere verifies user accounts to foster a trusted environment, we cannot and do not guarantee the behavior, integrity, or intentions of other users. You acknowledge and agree that Gemphere is not liable for any unauthorized access, use, or distribution of content by any user or third party on the platform.

Rules of Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, harassing, misleading, or abusive behavior. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
